Some days ago, I went to the AhYat for lunch, yes, it is the AhYat that sells abalone. I went for the dimsum though. :P

This is called ‘dragon moustache wrap’. How to spell moustaxxx? The outer layer is very crispy and nice, I forgot what’s inside the wrap though.

Image850

This is something mango wrap. It’s fresh mango wrapped in the crust. Heaven!

Image851

It’s yam inside of this, not bad too.

Image852

Mini-egg tart! Crispy and fresh.

Image853

Siew-mai with fish roe on top. Man, the meat in it was cube style, not minced. So you can taste the juice of the meat.

And finally this Shang Hai siew long pao. There is soup inside this pao. Not too bad, but I still prefer the one in Dragon-i though.

All their dimsum is something around RM8 – RMxx. The bill for 4  came to about RM100+.  But, if you go on Sunday, you get 30% off the bill. Not bad right? :D

By the way, this AhYat is located next to Pudu raya bus station, in the swiss garden hotel.

Technorati : ,

Well, I do know and understand why do people hate paid post, so was I till I discovered the goodness.

Well, real bloggers or not, what is the borderline? How do we measure? What If I like blogging and at the same time I enjoy blogging for money? If it makes a good source for extra pocket money, who can resist it?

Of course there are thousands of people out there who disagree with me. But to me, I seriously think that this is a good way to be a start of my tiny-ly pathetic savings. I don’t know if it is just me or not, why is it so hard to save up money? Let’s say I get a nett salary of RM2400.00/month, now, let’s break it down.

1. Room rental+utilities = RM500
2. Food = RM500
3. Transportation + misc = RM300
4. Assorted loans = RM 300

That would have left me with only RM800.00 left, how about pocket money for mother, say RM500? Left with RM 300.00, and how about the expenses for shopping? Like daily necessities?

Gosh. Someone educate me to manage my finance!

P/S: All that excludes car loan, which I still have to depend on my father…gosh

I am sure that most of the blogs that you visit contain some sort of advertisements, like Google Ads, local ads, paid posts and etc. I have a friend who hates visiting my blog for the reason of the existence of paid post.

Well, I used to hate paid posts on other blogs too. But, slowly, I came to realize that it is quite a good source for some extra pocket money, so why not? I think it is a good way of funding food, clothes or cosmetics. I mean, who in the world can live with one single income when you are not making THAT much from one source.

What do you think? You hate the sight of ‘paid posts’?

Snacking and munching on chokuld is bad. But, it is hard to resist sometimes. Some days ago, my cousin went to Singapore and got 2 cute snacks for me!

Not a big fan of choklud, I only ate 3 balls of this box. The box sure looks cute, right?

Image863

I don’t know what brand it is, but the bird is cute. By the way, it is only a paper box.

Image864

See? The lid is made out of paper too. To my surprise, the lid of the box is more solid than I thought. I can actually close the lid again and again, without destroying it. These choklud balls contained biscuit in them. I prefer the core with biscuit, rather than a ball of pure choklud.

And I like this! This is like our Mammee here, but different is, this is non-oily at all. It is like they oven-baked it rather than deep frying it. And, it is quite tasteless too. I wish I can find this here! Anyone seen this here before?
