Shalome is located in Taman Tun, in between Domino’s and Kiosk. It has nice decor, however, the food was yucky!
My steak, bis tecca al lonza (sirloin), I believe it was the tastiest food among the lot. It was just nice, and the sauce was very tasty. RM28.
Golden blue chicken…too dry and tasteless..
Chicken chop spaghetti. The chicken chop was tasteless, so was the spaghetti. And it was oily!

My first time at Sushi Zanmai was quite some time ago, and I thought it was time to revisit the place. After Q-ing up for about 10 mins, I finally got myself a seat.
My sis’ fav – Sushi jellyfish. I suddenly can’t recall the price. Damn memory lost.
My chicken katsu don, only RM8.90. It was quite tasty with the sauce.

On the 3rd day itself, we decided to explore the Krabi town, by riding motorbike ALLLLL the way there from Ao Nang. Look! Shell! Petrol was slightly cheaper at I think RM3/L.
Krabi town is considered quite a big town, it was about 40-min motorbike ride. It felt like the longest ride in my life, with every inch of my skin exposed to the sun and dust! One thing great though, their road users are much more gentler than Malaysians. They don’t honk you like no end, they only honk lightly to signal that they are behind you. So, it is actually quite safe to ride on motorbike there, except for the dust and sun.
Motorbikes are their main transport there, they have so many designs and colors of scooters!
After about 3 hours of riding and walking in the sun, we decided that we should treat our tummy. We found a rather neat restaurant and had our lunch there at about 3pm. What’s thai food without tomyam? However, this is not as good as the tomyam soup at the open space.
Green curry. Not great either. But we were too hungry to care.
Our first chicken and cashew nuts. Very tasty. The best dish of the meal.
