Food[16] Comments
One fine Sat eve, both of us decided that to eat in Fusion in Uptown, since the food there was good the first time we were there.
After ordering my food, I was sitting looking, and playing with my phone, suddenly, to my horror, surprise, I thought I saw Jason Mumbles!I have seen his photos on his blog so many times but have never met him, so i couldn’t be sure.

Now u tell me, if it is not Jason himself, it must be his long-lost twin or something!!!
I just had to spy-shot this guy for Jason to see it. After some observations, I knew it is not him because:
1. The guy’s family members do not look like Jason’s family. (he posted a photo of his family few days back)
2. His glasses not the same. ( i think)
3. He DID NOT TAKE ANY PICTURES of food!!!
Conclusion: it is not him.
Anyway back to the food, we ordered:

Having passed by this store and read on Calvin’s blog, I just had to check this place out.

It is located right above the carpark, you however might overlook it as you climb up from the escalator.

It has some really nice deco in the restaurant. From 12-3pm on weekdays, they offer set lunch.

My set lunch comes with a soup of the day and a iced coffee/tea/lemon tea of choice.

Black pepper chicken chop set: RM17.90. It was quite not bad. But the sauce tastes more like mushroom than pepper.

Being quite sicked off the food in shopping malls, I decided to explore the hawker outside the mall, and upon reading so many raves on Yee Sang Fatt Seafood Restaurant on haveyoueaten and lotsofcraving, i knew this is the place that i had to go.
With the help of GPS, there we went!

It is quite a hidden place, not easy to find if you are not familiar with KL roads.

It is directly oppo this church. However, you are not able to see this church from the main road.
After settling down and ordered food, a curry-puff man appeared and i was deeply attracted.

So i bought a whole tray of curry puffs!

Valentine’s is too over-rated and over-priced, and sad for u if u have slaughtered by them.

We were not the victims.
On my birthday night, we went pavilion and had our dinner in this nicely-deco restaurant – Dain Ti Hill.

Valentine’s deco was everywhere, it is indeed a nice place.

The ambiance was really good, however, i would not say the same for the food.

Spicy pork rice – RM20. This was not bad, came with a soup.

Gui-fei chicken noodles – RM18. The chicken was so-so.
