Blood potato

Fresh from oven.

A friend of mine, has recently introduced me the recipe of a special food, at least I think it is. It’s called blood potato. Sounds spooky isn’t it?

1. Choose a big potato, preferably Russet potato.
2. Cut the potato in half, and scoop out the filling. Keep the skin though.
3. Smash the potato meat ( filling?) together with cheese.
4. Refill the mixed filling with cheese into the potato skin earlier.
5. Arrange on top of a tray and chuck them into oven to bake. Squeeze some ketchup onto the potato. Wrap the skin with aluminum foil as well.
6. Sit and chill.

After some minutes, it should be ready to served. According to that friend of mine, it tasted damn good.

I can’t try it because I do not have an oven. What about you try it and give me some feedback? :D

P/S: the more ketchup you squeeze on the potato, the bloodier it is. That’s why it’s called blood potato! :D
