During the CNY, someone caught quite a huge Toman fish from the river and sold it to us for RM30.
It was a bargain as it was really cheap and fresh!
See? It’s meaty! I shall not show you the head of the fish as it looks really fierce with the teeth.
Firstly, make sure you scale the fish really clean and chop off the head.
Leave the head aside as we can cook fish soup with it later.
Now, the bone structure of the fish.
The best part about this Toman is, it has only one backbone, and no small and dangerous bones!
