On my good mood days, I cook. And it happens like once in every 6 months or 4. Hehehe. I wanted to whack a scallop spaghetti like KY did, but I did not get any scallop. Next time it is! And this time, I was actually inspired by my secret-buddy.
Ingredients for 2:
1. 2 big fat chicken sausage (RM4)
2. 5 pcs of bacon(RM4.50)
3. 1 can of tuna chunks in sun-flower oil (RM4)
4. Some dried chillies, salt, basil leaves and one ikan bilis stock to season
5. Spaghetti (according to your appetite) (RM4+)
First, boil the spaghetti, i usually add some salt too, cook for about 12-15 minutes, drain it, then stir with some olive oil to prevent it from drying and tangling up.
Then, fry the sausage and bacon before hand.
I minced some garlic, one small red onions, and few dried chillies to season. Becareful with dry chillies though, de-seed it before washing it to avoid the sting, soak it for a while too.
Fry the onion, then garlic, and before you smell the burn, add the dried chillies, then finally dump the whole can of tuna in chunks in sun-flower oil into it. DO NOT pour extra oil anymore, it should be oily enough with the sunflower oil. Also, add a cube of the ikan bilis without MSG to season. Then, add the boiled pasta in and stir fry for a little while.
Serve and eat while hot. I have also added some black pepper and basil leaves for the flavor.
It is simply heavenly!
The cost? About less than RM20 for 2!

looks good!!!
Mouth watering!!
Cook for me.
Nice! Eh, you didn’t order anything beside a measly roll the other day. I thought we’re going to pig out on food. I still owe you a dinner expedition.
Wah yummy!
KY: tasted better that it looked :p
mimid3vils: indeed!
Jason: come my house :p
HB: yeahhh coz it was not the right time to eat
i usually pig out before 8 or 7 whenever possible. i guess we still have plenty of chances for our waist to grow when you base here hehe
Che-Cheh: it is easy to prepare too
Yeah, it would be fun to go on the originally planned eating expedition. I know what we should do – salad at one place, mains at another, dessert at yet another outlet, and drinks at another different place. 1U or MidValley would be good for that.
I am surprised that you do your own cooking. Most of your posts are related to your experience in restaurants…
