Posted by sloppychic under Food[9] Comments
Fish head meehoon is of my favorite food, in fact, I love meehoon in soup, fried, or dry!
And…..my love for fish is undying. Put both of them together and you can put a smile on my face.
We paid a visit to this newly open Fish Head Noodle shop in Kota Damansara.
It is still relatively new and the deco is quite simple.
It’s the food that matters right?
Fresh Prawn Meehoon @ RM12.00
Star of the day -Â ‘Sang har’ Noodle.
God bless the huge prawns and they were really fresh! And and, the broth of the noodle was so charming. Tasty very. I drank the whole bowl of soup!
Slice Abalone & Fish head Meehoon @ RM8.00
Abalone slices in fish head noodles?! Yes you get it! Only for RM8.00. Of course the slices were the vegetarian abalone. But the name itself sounds very good already.
Although the soup looks the same from the picture, but they are slightly different because of the main ingredients.
Fish Head Meehoon @ RM8.00
The fish head was not fishy and it’s fried well. It added an extra zing to the soup.
Fish Paste Mee Hoon @ RM 8.
If you are that kind of person who is lazy to chew on fish bones, you should go for the fish paste. No dirty hands!
If you think you are not satisfied with the main course yet, order some side dishes!
Deep Fried Wan Tan @ RM5.00
Need I say more? Love the wantans! Crispy and still juicy inside. Only prepared upon order.
Deep Fried Meatball @ RM5.00
All of us love the meatballs too!
Fried Fish Cake @ RM5.50
Lad but not least, fish cake to complete the meal.
If you love fish nead noodles too, you should try out this place! It is hearty, and it won’t put a hole in your pocket

Looks really flavorful. I prefer bee hoon too.
First time seeing abalone served with the noodles…yum!
Can’t taste the food, but I like the interior decoration.
Little Inbox: It is flavorful!
uLi:

KS: the food is better than the interior deco
Yea love the fish head noodles here, especially the soup!
i always wonder why this dish always need to use fish head.. why not fish body..
fish head is all bones and no meat.. nothing to eat….!
The gravy looks creamy and flavourful!
Are the soup spicy? (1st & 2nd pict)
witch: me too!
Calvin: hmm i think its for the crunch and taste?
pete: i bet u can cook it too
Che-Cheh: nope it is not spicy, i think the color comes from the milk and prawns
