For my 3 nights stay in Bali, we booked our room on agoda.com. After some brief researching, we decided to try Bali Kuta Resort (BKR), mainly because of its location and the positive reviews.

Bali Kuta Resort & Convention Center (BKR) is located in Kuta town, along Legian Street. Legian is a long stretch of  road with tonnes of shops selling souvenirs, surf brands, spas, and also restaurants.  And it is also only 15min away from the Ngurah Rai International Airport when there is no traffic jam!

The hotel lobby. I would not use the word grand here, but it is rated as 4 stars.  But I would say it is value for money!

The rooms facing the pool are considered as deluxe room with pool view.

We were given a welcome drink voucher upon our arrival to be used anytime during our stay there.

Free daily breakfast is also included.

There is free wifi in the room too!

Unfortunately, no jacuzzi nor bathtub though :(

There is a mini bar and 2 bottles of mineral water are replenished everyday.

For that money we paid, we really can’t complain much already.

After checking in, we started our journey on foot to get our lunch.

And the bombing memorial is just about 15 mins walk away from the hotel.
