This is a place where I always forget to blog about. My favorite wantan mee in Uptown, the Kun Kee shop. It is located same row as Toast & Coffee, just slightly down the road.
First stall in the shop is the wantan mee! There are few other stalls like chicken rice, vegetarian stall and another 2 stalls.
My char-siew wantan mee @ RM4. What I like about the noodles here is, it is springy and firm. It’s not like the normal soggy wantan mee. The shop starts to get crowded around 12.30.
And chicken drumstick as side order. Ahh chicken gizzard… don’t judge me ok!

Yummy.
Wah got cabbage some more.
Uptown has this kind of place?
Wantan mee is no longer RM3.50. When was my last time eating one in traditional kopitiam?
Dennis Lim: it is!
Che-Cheh: dai hor!
KS: got. got quite plenty of coffee shops like this in uptown. now wantan mee cheapest also rm3.80 already loh.
Seapark here got one people called flying wan tun mee le.. do you know?
Wow! Kun Kee! I haven’t been to this place for ages. The son and parents still shout at each other everyday? hehe..

You need to try the kampua mee in Bandar Puteri. But mostly only Sarawakians can appreciate the unique taste.
Not really like the wantan mee. The noodles are uncooked or not cooked enough for my standard. Like Neo, I prefer kampua too!
waw I just had wanton mee for dinner at cheras also awesome lol!
Looks delicious! I like my wan tan mee hot so I never ta pau them cos it’s not nice when cold.
but but but wantan mee not nutritious at all >.
I will always order additional wantan whenever i eat wantan mee
