For my house, fried spring roll is one of the must-haves chinese new year food, and usually we make the spring roll ourselves since it is really simple and easy.
Ingredients that you need:
1. Minced pork
2. Minced carrot
3. Minced ‘seng kuang’.
4. Sheets of ‘fu zhuk’.
Mix the ingredients 1-3, and you are ready to roll them into your fu zhuk.
Roll them into a long roll, but don’t make it too fat so when you deep fry it, the meat will be equally cooked.
Usually, after we roll them, we will steam them first till they are cooked so it is easier to fry thoroughly. You wouldn’t want to eat raw meat in your spring roll.
Tadah! This is how they look like when they are ready to be served. It is better to cut them into pieces, just dip them in chili or tomato sauce, it is a sure hit all the time!
