Mee Yoke Lim previously was known as Chow Yang in SS2. Although I have heard a lot of good things about them, but I have never visited their prawn mee. So, I finally went there after staying in PJ for 5 years.
The famous prawn mee, true that, it is really tasty and delicious. The soup is so different from the normal ones we had. Priced at RM3.80, I think the price is still acceptable.
And also their char-kuay-teow RM4, tasted good as well.
I think I want to go back there again, I am quite addicted to prawn mee lately.

I think I’ve been there before. The food… not bad but not up to GOD level lol. How about the new cafe over SS2? Named The Cave?
Looks nice to me, mm… may be I am hungry now!
hyperX: yeah i know its not the god level, but at least it is the best tht i have eaten in PJ so far. i havent tried the cave yet, checked out their menu before though, nothing captured my interest.
molly: i am hungry too!
no boiled egg in the prawn mee?
damn…that looks very delicious…but i doubt it’s halal…too bad..making me feel hungry all of a sudden !!
mimid3vils: yeah, sadly no boiled egg in prawn mee.
|1f34|-|1r3: yeah of coz its not halal
i so feel like going back there again for tht!

mee yoke lim – the only restaurant that do NOT provide baby chair to the customers. reason – baby do not consume their food / drinks.
do not mistaken that i am their competitor. i am their customer until today, when they said they do not provide baby chair from the first day of business.
so, if wanna eat at that restaurant, do not bring family or young children. can’t imagine how one mother stack up their adult chairs just to let her children age 1-2 years old sit on it.
