I am not sure when the Mum’s Restaurant is opened, it had replaced some shop that I have forgotten. It was quite crowded so i decided to try out the place. The price is actually quite reasonable especially the set meals. All their dishes are served with jasmine tea and soup of the day, including ala-carte meal.
We ordered set meal for 2-3 persons for 2 of us. We can choose up to 3 dishes. One of the vege I picked steamed ladies finger, tasty with the garlic and shrimps.
Stir-fried pork chop strips. Not bad, and the portion is quite huge for 2 persons.
I was recommended this asam fish as the lady said its really worth it. It is actually not bad.
There are quite many dishes that you can choose from, and you can mix match your set meals too!
Set meal for 2-3 persons: RM28.90. And there is no govern tax, only service charge, good news!
The shop is opposite the Indomee square.
Add: 94, Jalan SS2/60, PJ, 47300, Selangor, Msia.
are they in the list of those restaurants that can charge service charges?

Wow…looks good. When I saw the title, I thought you were writing about your mother’s restaurant…can you imagine inviting people to eat at this place?

B: Wow, your mum opened a restaurant? Funny, didn’t hear you talking about it before.
A: No, I meant Mum’s Restaurant not my mum’s restaurant.
B: Huh? How many mums do you have?
A: Arrrgggghhhh!!

Reasonable pricing and the food looks good too.
I remember this shoplot change a few owner alreay~~ Hope they won’t close down before I got chance to try it out
I have tried the food in this restaurant. Very good taste and most importantly, the price is considered cheap. Lots of variety too. Worth trying…
