I believe that it is part of the total package for them to provide PROPER ADVISE on the CORRECT lens for you. This is subject to the customer having acted in good faith while working of lens selection.

A replacement of lens looks certain and you should insist for a SIGNIFICANT DISCOUNT!. Secondly, get them to retest your eye sight...using a different optometrist. He should let you have a prototype to wear first before finalizing on the proposed lens required. Take your time to view when wearing the prototype...
