Singapore has been a fun and successful trip. Other than our main objective – watching the Chippendales, we had a bit of food and a lot of walking and shopping!
Hokkien mee and fried kuay teow @ Chinatown. Not bad at all!
I think Singapore has plenty of nice food too.
For dinner, we had frog porridge in Chinatown too.
And something caught my attention….do Singaporeans love soy sauce a lot? I swear this is the largest soy sauce bottle I have ever seen at hawkers!
Our food arrived! Interestingly, you can order raw fish slices as a side then mix it into your porridge, and it will be just nicely cooked. Love it!
The next night, we went to Sentosa Hard Rock Hotel to catch the Chippendales. We went by a premium cab with a maximum of 6 passangers allowed, we paid SGD$40 for the ride from Vivo City to Sentosa. It is actually only a 5-10 min drive when there is no jam.
On our way back to Vivo City (to catch the MRT back to hotel), we took the shuttle bus for free, which awaits outside the casino. Nice! I am sure you can hitch a bus from Vivo City to Sentosa for free too.
Have you been to the Sentosa Casino yet?

Not yet….plan to go sometime in Sep/Oct
Wanna to visit the Universal Studio as well…
i wanna visit to Uni studio tooï¼
uLi: yeah too bad its not opened yet!
ai wei: me too! but i guess maybe next year only i go
Frog!!!? I know it is good for my complexion, but I will never try that no matter what….
I like to have some rice with my soy sauce, from time to time…lol I really love the stuff!!!
It’s been long time since my last visit to Singapore!
I have been to Singapore many times. My sister and aunt live there.
Generally speaking, we find Singapore’s best food in upscale restaurant. For hawker food, KL is better.
BTW, your nails look great
molly: why? coz u love frogs? but it is tasty and smooth and Q!
Trin: LOL yeah we chinese use alot of those, it is tasty
. and it is SOS to tasteless food!
Little Inbox: time to do a roadtrip there

You’re right, that is the hugest bottle of soy sauce I’ve ever seen too
You sure had a fun time in Singapore. It is really exciting to travel and be able to have a taste of different cultures.
