As a continuous post from my Penang trip, this is the one and only local delicacy I had due to the time constraint stupidly heavy rain on Sunday. Weird, why must I pay for parking even on Sunday? I thought Sunday is like a parking-free day nationwide.

It’s a Sunday and heavy rain like hell, but people still chose to eat out. I wonder why.

While waiting for food, I was enjoying this painting they have it on their wall. It says:

” Customers who do not order our drinks are not welcome”.

” Do not move the table at your own wish.”

Weird indeed. What if I die die also don’t order? What can they possibly do to me man. But, I still ended up with a barley, and that’s before I even read this painting. And, they said moving tables are not allowed. But, what if I am like a giant and I practically bang everything around to make my way in to the shop? Again, they can’t possibly do shit to me right.

Without anything else to order, we ordered this yam cake. It was quite okay. Not too watery nor hard. But I loved the fried onions on top more.

And finally, this is their fried kuay teow. Look at the prawns man. And I think the white flakes on top was coconut shreds. But, I can’t be sure. Is there anything else that looks like that? Can anyone tell me? This plate acherly cost RM5.00!!!

You see, it was only 12.50pm, and they have packed and left the stall! I don’t know what’s the hurry, but probably some people just like it the way.

So, will anyone tell me what lorong is this stall located at?
