This KRC was featured last nite on Rail World travel program on Ch5 Sg TV. They liked the bite-sized snacks. I love it too. Used to visit to play golf at Palmo (a golf course set in a palm oil plantation). Well, courtesy of a colleague who is Kluanganian (sounds sci-fi, like Klingon, haha). Loved the old market beef noodles and yew char kueh (whatever happened to the grumpy yck seller? I know he beef noodle seller has moved to a nearby coffeeshop) There's also a nice snack shop/coffeeshop in town. Absolute best for afternoon teatime. I love the bite sized kueh-kueh and stuff, lets you sample a lot more without feeling 'jerlat'. (And Kluang/Malaysia seems to have a strong teatime/suppertime culture.)
